Common People Entertainment Limited ("we") follows the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. This page explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you send us a brief we receive the details you enter: your name, email, and anything else you choose to add, such as your phone number, organisation and event details.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to plan and deliver your event. We do not sell your information or add you to a mailing list.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are passed to our email inbox through Web3Forms, a form delivery service. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may record basic technical data such as IP addresses for security. We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not set cookies or track you across sites.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with you, then delete them.
